Moog Medical Devices Group in Salt Lake City, UT seeks a polished Medical Devices Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative, flexible team. Fully remote work is offered, with occasional on-site training for qualified candidates within commutable distance to the SLC facility.

You will handle orders, pricing disputes, replacements, and warranty inquiries, while coordinating with sales and service teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or call center.
• Experience with medical devices is a HUGE plus.
• Strong computer skills and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and active listening.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders and requests for product repair via phone/fax/email; enter all relevant info into the ERP/order entry system.
• Generate and transmit order confirmations and manage customer expectations with regards to delivery timelines.
• Support and initiate pricing dispute process.
• Process product replacement orders, provide shipping labels and coordinate the return/replacement of items in a timely manner.
• Support, address, research and expedite customer issues; respond to inquiries; investigate disputes; provide warranty info and troubleshooting assistance.
• Provide additional support to customer service and sales colleagues as needed, assisting with projects and reporting.
• Log all customer complaints into Complaint Handling System (QAD & Master Control).
• Ask probing questions to determine service needs and input information into electronic systems.
