Job summary

ApotheCom, a leader in medical communications, is seeking a Senior Program Manager for its Client Services team in the United States. You will lead end-to-end medical publication projects, coordinating scientific, editorial, meetings, and creative/digital teams to ensure top quality work on time and within budget.

You will manage client communications, proposal development, budget forecasting, and scope-of-work documentation, partnering with authors and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years’ experience in medical communications project management.
• Experience managing publications projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines across several projects.
• Financial, administrative and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Internet searches.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of projects from initiation to reconciliation.
• Develop, track, and maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain client communication with updates and status reports.
• Oversee review cycles and closeout of project elements.
