Responsabilités

• Coordinate coding across divisions.
• Analyze operative notes to determine service scope and complexity.
• Apply ICD-10/CPT/HCPCS codes with appropriate modifiers for reimbursement.
• Review documentation to ensure accurate capture of billable services.
• Provide feedback and education to clinical staff on documentation and coding.
