Job summary

Mount Olivet Rolling Acres is hiring a Lead Direct Support Professional Medical Coordinator to assist clients with ADLs, oversee medical coordination, and ensure safety in a residential setting. The role requires coordinating health care, documenting meds, and supporting the CSSP and related plans with a client-centered approach.

Hourly pay starts at $20.25 with weekend and overnight differentials; a $1,500 retention bonus is offered for full-time staff and $750 for part-time employees, paid

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and medical coordination needs.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.
• Must pass background check and meet job-related requirements.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance as required by state law.
• Successful completion of Medication Administration training with proper procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily cares, medical needs and ADLs, maintaining safety and well-being.
• Coordinate medical appointments, document updates and relay information to the IDT.
• Oversee medication administration records (MAR) and ensure up-to-date lists.
• Schedule appointments, maintain referrals and required documents for clinicians.
• Prepare meals, assist with housekeeping and participate in team care planning.
