Qualifications

• Must pass Department of Human Services background check.
• Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance as required by state law.
• Successful completion of Medication Administration class 80% or greater.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily cares and activities of daily living.
• Plan and implement recreation and community activities.
• Provide safe and supervised transportation with a company vehicle.
• Maintain confidential client records and documentation per policies.
