Job summary

Mount Olivet Rolling Acres is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist clients with daily living activities, personal cares, and program implementation in a supportive home setting. The role emphasizes safety, supervision, and person-centered service delivery across multiple programs in the Twin Cities metro area.

Hourly pay starts at $18.25 with weekend differential (+$2) and overnight differential (+$1). Full-time staff may receive a $1,500 retention bonus paid over one year.

Qualifications

• Must pass Department of Human Services background check.
• Must not be excluded from government health programs by the Office of Inspector General.
• Must be able to meet company’s physical job demands.
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance as required by state law.
• Successful completion of Medication Administration class 80% or greater; handles medications correctly.
• Ability to use the computer in alignment with client needs and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily cares, medical needs and supports (ADLs, mental health).
• Plan and implement recreation, leisure and community activities.
• Drive to/from appointments and community activities using a company vehicle.
• Maintain medication administration documentation following CSSP guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and MORA policies.
• Provide person-centered services and collaborate with the team to meet goals.
