Job summary

Mt Olivet Rolling Acres is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist clients with daily living activities, personal cares, and program implementation in a supportive home environment in the Twin Cities metro area.

Role includes night shifts with weekend and overnight differentials, and a $1,500 retention bonus for full-time staff (paid over 1 year). Sleep hours pay and other rates are detailed in the posted schedule.

Qualifications

• Assists clients with daily cares and ADLs.
• Supports mental health and medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Assists clients with daily cares, medical needs and supports, ADLs and mental health supports.
• Assists individuals with a daily routine, including hygiene, domestic tasks, leisure time usage, grooming, socializing, budgeting, money usage, safety and health.
