Job summary

Mount Olivet Rolling Acres in Victoria, MN, is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead day-to-day operations in a residential setting. The PC will supervise staff, ensure CSSP-based care, and assist clients with ADLs and daily living activities.

The role includes data collection, progress reporting, and coordination with guardians and the IDT to maintain continuity of care. The PC will train new personnel, oversee house binders and finances, and ensure licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in disability services or healthcare settings.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate care.
• Experience supervising staff and ensuring CSSP-based care.
• Designation as Coordinator status related to Human Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists clients with daily cares, medical needs and supports.
• Trains new employees and ensures staff understand client care plans.
• Oversees house operations, binders, and housing maintenance per licensing.
• Manages program data, logs, and quarterly progress reporting.
• Ensures fire and weather drills and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinates with guardians, case managers, and IDT for continuity of care.
• Responsible for overall healthcare management with Medical Specialist where applicable.
• Maintains client accounts, finances, and recreation fund per policy.
