Job summary

Mount Olivet Rolling Acres is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, and program implementation. The role supports the safety and well-being of residents across multiple homes in Minnesota.

The position includes evening and night shifts with a pay rate of $18.50/hour plus location bonus, weekend differential, and overnight premium, plus a $1,500 retention bonus for full-time staff and $750 for part-time staff, paid over one year.

Qualifications

• Must pass Department of Human Services background check.
• Must not be excluded from government health programs.
• Must be able to meet physical job demands.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily cares, ADLs, and routine activities.
• Plan and implement recreation, leisure and community activities.
• Provide medication administration as directed and document appropriately.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow CSSP/CSSP-A plans.
• Ensure safety and supervision of clients during all shifts.
