OnPoint Medical Group in Parker Square, Parker, CO, seeks an experienced Medical Assistant Supervisor to lead the Medical Assistant team, support patient care, and liaise with management. Typical hours Monday–Friday 8–5, with occasional weekend needs.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited MA program, CMA preferred, 3+ years MA experience, leadership experience, BLS, and EMR experience. The role offers full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• National CMA certification strongly preferred.
• Current BLS card and EMR experience required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Medical Assistant staff and coordinate scheduling.
• Hire staff by conducting interviews and onboarding.
• Conduct performance evaluations and staff development.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with policies.
• Lead team meetings and manage clinic systems knowledge.
