Job summary

OnPoint Medical Group is seeking an outstanding Medical Assistant Supervisor to join Columbine Family Practice. The role oversees the Medical Assistant staff, acts as a liaison between management and staff, and supports patient care.

Schedule typically 8-5, Monday through Friday, with possible weekend hours to meet business needs. The position requires MA certification (CMA preferred), 3+ years MA experience, and strong computer/EMR skills; BLS is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of MA experience required.
• At least 1 year as Medical Assistant Lead/Supervisor.
• Strong computer skills required; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Medical Assistant staff.
• Create and maintain scheduling for Medical Assistant staff.
• Hire staff by scheduling and conducting interviews.
• Conduct performance evaluations for Medical Assistants.
• Onboard and educate Medical Assistants; ensure HIPAA compliance.
