Job summary

OnPoint Medical Group in Colorado seeks an experienced Medical Assistant Supervisor for Columbine Family Practice. You will supervise the MA team, assist with patient care, and act as a liaison between management and staff.

The role typically runs Monday through Friday 8-5, with some varying hours including Saturdays as needed. Requires MA certification, CMA preferred, EMR familiarity, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program and CMA preferred.
• National CMA certification strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of MA experience required, with at least 1 year in lead/supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Medical Assistant staff and coordinate scheduling.
• Hire staff by conducting interviews and supporting onboarding.
• Conduct evaluations and coach staff in collaboration with Practice Manager.
• Maintain HIPAA and OSHA standards and ensure quality patient care.
