OnPoint Medical Group is seeking an outstanding Medical Assistant Supervisor to lead the Medical Assistant team at Columbine Family Practice. This role combines patient care support with staff leadership in a growing network.

The supervisor coordinates scheduling, conducts interviews, performs evaluations, and ensures HIPAA and OSHA compliance while maintaining a professional clinic environment. The hours are typically Monday–Friday 8–5 with potential Saturday shifts.

Competenze

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• National CMA certification strongly preferred
• Strong computer skills, EMR experience preferred

Mansioni

• Supervise all Medical Assistant staff
• Create and maintain staffing schedules
• Hire staff by conducting interviews
• Conduct performance evaluations and staff development
• Ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance and confidentiality
