OnPoint Medical Group in Centennial, CO is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant Supervisor for Columbine Family Practice to lead the MA team and ensure smooth front/back-office operations.

The ideal candidate has CMA certification, strong EMR skills (Athenahealth preferred), and at least 3 years as a Medical Assistant, including leadership experience. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• National CMA certification strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• 3+ years of Medical Assistant experience; at least 1 year as Lead/Supervisor.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all Medical Assistant staff.
• Create and maintain scheduling for MA staff.
• Hire staff by interviewing candidates.
• Conduct performance evaluations for Medical Assistants.
• Coach staff and develop action plans with Practice Manager.
