OnPoint Medical Group is seeking an outstanding Medical Assistant Supervisor for Columbine Family Practice. You will supervise the Medical Assistant staff, manage scheduling, and act as a liaison between staff and management while supporting patient care and staff development.

The role typically follows a Monday–Friday 8–5 schedule, with potential variations to meet business needs. Prior MA supervisory experience and CMA certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant (MA).
• National CMA strongly preferred; BLS required.
• Strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• 3+ years MA experience required; at least 1 year as Lead/Supervisor.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all Medical Assistant staff.
• Create and maintain scheduling for Medical Assistant staff.
• Hire staff by scheduling and conducting interviews.
• Conduct performance evaluations for Medical Assistants.
• Onboard education and annual staff education.
• Maintain policy knowledge and facility standards.
• Ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
