Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Medical Assistant Certification or 1+ year equivalent experience.
• Experience across multiple service lines and ability to manage clinical workflows independently.
• Proficiency in MA core competencies and HIPAA privacy.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to travel 15% or more within state to support multiple clinics.
• Proficient data entry and typing skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.

Responsabilités

• Independently performs clinical intake duties and manages assigned workflows with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates proficiency across more than one service line (e.g., Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, Psych).
• Accurately records patient information in the EMR with completeness and timeliness.
• Administers immunizations under provider direction with VIS review and proper documentation.
• Collects and processes specimens following established protocols and quality standards.
• Applies clinical policies to support patient safety and clinic efficiency.
• Maintains effective EMR usage to support workflow and patient care.
• Escalates discrepancies and communicates with patients and team members to coordinate care.
• Floats within or between clinics as needed to ensure business continuity.
• Supports accreditation efforts and upholds patient-centered care goals.
