The role requires a high school diploma or GED, Medical Assistant certification or equivalent experience, CPR within 90 days, and the ability to travel within the state.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant Certification or 1+ year of equivalent experience.
• Experience across more than one service line and independent workflow management.
• CPR certification within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to travel 15% within state between clinics.
• HIPAA compliance and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Proficient computer skills, data entry, and typing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs clinical intake duties and manages assigned workflows with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates proficiency across more than one service line (Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Women’s Health, Psych).
• Accurately measures, records, and documents patient information in the EMR.
• Administers immunizations under provider direction with VIS review and OSIIS updates.
• Collects and processes specimens following established protocols and quality standards.
• Supports clinic operations and adapts to workflow changes to maintain efficiency.
• Communicates effectively with patients, providers, and team members to support coordinated care.
• May float within or between clinics to maintain business continuity.
• Supports accreditation as a Patient Centered Medical Home and Quintuple Aim.
