You will work cross-functionally with Field Medical, Commercial, Market Access, HEOR/RWE, Regulatory, and Global Medical Affairs to translate data into actionable medical strategies. The role requires strong leadership, scientific communication, and the ability to travel domestically and

Qualifications

• Required advanced scientific or medical degree; oncology/hematology background preferred.
• Experience in Medical Affairs, including publication planning and launch readiness.
• Ability to translate complex data into medical strategies and stakeholder guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead priority workstreams and contribute to US MM Medical Affairs strategy.
• Partner with Field Medical, Commercial, Market Access, HEOR/RWE, Regulatory and Global teams.
• Translate clinical data and landscape insights into actionable medical plans.
• Develop scientific content, FAQs, slides, and field-facing resources.
• Lead advisory boards, congress initiatives, and medical education programs.
• Ensure medical reviews and compliant communications across materials.
