Qualifications

• Board certification in hematology and/or medical oncology preferred.
• Experience leading multi-functional drug development programs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of clinical strategy and planning for multiple myeloma cell therapy programs.
• Oversee trial design, execution, and reporting across the portfolio.
• Direct regulatory submissions, data analyses, and scientific communications.
• Manage cross-functional teams and external collaborations to advance development plans.
• Represent programs in governance meetings and partner interactions.
