Job summary

Jobrapido, based in San Diego, CA, is seeking an Associate Director, Medical Information (multiple myeloma) contractor to lead scientific content and respond to medical inquiries. The role oversees MI content creation, quality control, and lifecycle management while partnering with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced medical degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years in Medical Information within pharma/biotech preferred.
• Ability to independently manage complex inquiries and develop high-quality content.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulatory, safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, evidence-based, timely responses to unsolicited inquiries.
• Lead creation, review, and lifecycle management of MI content and resources.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Clinical Development, QA, and Commercial teams.
• Support readiness for product launches and label updates with content development.
• Monitor literature and data to identify updates, gaps, and trends.
• Train internal teams and external vendors on MI processes and content standards.
