Kite Pharma, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director for Multiple Myeloma within the U.S. Medical Affairs team.

You will play a key role in advancing medical strategies, evidence generation, and scientific exchange across Field Medical, Commercial, Market Access, and Clinical Development. The role reports to the U.S. Multiple Myeloma Medical Lead and may be based in Foster City, El Segundo, Thousand Oaks, or Parsippany.

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications are listed: PharmD/PhD with 2+ years, or Master’s with 8+ years, or Bachelor’s with 10+ years, or HS diploma with 14+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead priority workstreams in U.S. Multiple Myeloma Medical Affairs strategy.
• Partner with Field Medical, Commercial, Market Access and other teams.
• Translate data and insights into medical strategies and evidence-generation opportunities.
• Develop scientific content, FAQs, presentations, and field resources.
• Lead advisory boards, expert engagements, and congress initiatives.
• Support launch readiness activities and KS/Llaunch planning.

Education

PharmD or PhD and 2+ years of experience

Master’s Degree and 8+ years of experience

Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience

High School Degree and 14+ years of experience
