Job summary

Rangam is seeking an Associate Director, Medical Information (multiple myeloma) in New York to provide senior-level scientific, strategic, and operational support for Medical Information activities. Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or medical degree, such as an MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years in Medical Information within pharma/biopharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex medical inquiries and develop high-quality scientific response content.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulatory/safety/compliance requirements related to Medical Information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across functions, regions, and levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely, evidence-based responses to unsolicited medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and internal colleagues using approved documents.
• Independently research and manage complex inquiries, collaborating with Medical Affairs and other experts as needed.
• Lead creation, review, quality control, approval, and lifecycle management of Medical Information materials (FAQs, Q&As, response letters).
• Critically evaluate clinical data and translate complex information into clear communications for varied audiences.
• Partner with regional and global teams across Medical Information, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Commercial.
• Support readiness for product launches, label updates, data disclosures, and scientific congress activities.
