Kite Pharma seeks an Associate Director for Multiple Myeloma to advance US Medical Affairs strategy and execution in a dynamic oncology landscape. You will drive evidence generation, scientific exchange, and launch readiness across cross-functional teams including Field Medical, Commercial, Market Access, HEOR/RWE, Clinical Development, and Global Medical Affairs.

Qualifications

• PharmD or PhD with relevant experience, or advanced degrees with years of experience.
• Experience in Medical Affairs within oncology or hematology is preferred.
• Strong ability to translate clinical data into medical strategies and engagement plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead US MM Medical Affairs strategy development and execution.
• Serve as strategic medical partner to Field Medical, Commercial, Market Access and Global teams.
• Translate data into actionable medical strategies and evidence-generation opportunities.
• Develop scientific platforms, core content, FAQs, and field-facing resources.
• Oversee advisory boards, congress activities, and publication plans.
