Job summary

Kite Pharma, a Gilead company, seeks an Associate Director for U.S. Multiple Myeloma Medical Affairs to advance novel therapies and support scientific exchange. The role collaborates across Field Medical, Commercial, Market Access, and Global Medical Affairs to deliver impactful medical initiatives and evidence generation.

The position reports to the U.S. MM Medical Lead and is based in the U.S. with domestic and international travel expected.

Qualifications

• PharmD or PhD with 2+ years of experience OR
• Master's Degree with 8+ years of experience OR
• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience OR
• High School Degree with 14+ years of experience

Responsibilities

• Lead priority workstreams and execute the U.S. MM Medical Affairs strategy.
• Partner with Field Medical, Commercial, Market Access, HEOR/RWE, and Clinical Development.
• Translate data and landscape insights into medical strategies and evidence generation.
• Develop scientific content, FAQs, presentations, and field resources for compliant exchange.
• Lead or support advisory boards, expert engagement, and congress-related activities.
• Collaborate with Field Medical on engagement, launch readiness, and priorities.
