Lumen is seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Leader to own and optimize a seven-figure B2B media portfolio across Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more. You will align audiences and budgets, manage pacing, and collaborate with Creative, Operations and Analytics to drive revenue outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in B2B media, strong analytics, and a track record of governance and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related area.
• 8+ years of experience buying B2B paid media with direct ownership in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Experience managing seven-figure annual media budgets and pacing/reallocation decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Set the enterprise approach for paid search, paid social and ABM media.
• Own seven-figure annual media portfolio across Google, LinkedIn, YouTube and more.
• Coordinate audiences, targeting, sequencing and budget across channels.
• Exercise independent judgment on pacing and reallocation; balance signals with downstream evidence.
• Diagnose and resolve high-complexity performance or measurement issues.
• Lead governance for account structure, taxonomy, frequency and audit-ready docs.
• Lead experimentation roadmap across bidding, audiences, offers, creative, landing experiences.
• Advise senior marketing on media effectiveness and investment scenarios.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve media effectiveness.
• Own strategic platform relationships and vendor partnerships.
• Escalation point for paid media; coach paid social buyer.
