Lumen is seeking a Media Buyer to own paid social campaigns across an assigned portfolio. You will translate strategy into audience, budget, bid, placement and creative decisions, independently managing performance within approved investments and measurement.

The role requires 4+ years of paid social experience, hands-on LinkedIn Campaign Manager use, and strong analytical rigor. Remote-friendly with location-based pay ranges and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related area.
• 4+ years experience running paid social campaigns in-house or at an agency.
• Hands‑on experience in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and another social ads manager.
• Comfort with daily optimization and reading performance data.
• Genuine interest in creative and testing rigor.
• Organized and documentation-minded, with testing rigor.
• Familiarity with UTM and conversion tracking, ABM and CRM measurement.

Responsabilidades

• Independently build, launch and manage paid social campaigns end to end.
• Own delivery, pacing, and performance for an assigned portfolio; diagnose issues.
• Resolve complex campaign or measurement problems; document decisions and risks.
• Lead the paid social creative testing calendar; design structured tests.
• Brief and partner with Creative on social-native assets and platform specs.
• Build and govern matched audiences with ABM to avoid duplicate exposure.
• Maintain campaign measurement integrity including UTM and CRM mapping.
• Deliver weekly performance narratives linking platform results to funnel outcomes.
• Monitor platform changes and propose process improvements.
