Upland Software is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead paid acquisition and ABM across our B2B SaaS portfolio. You will drive pipeline growth with data-driven strategies, partnering with Demand Generation, Marketing Ops, and Sales to accelerate buying journeys.

The ideal candidate combines deep B2B paid media expertise with proficiency in attribution, funnel performance, and enterprise SaaS marketing. A fast-paced, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in media strategy, digital marketing, or integrated marketing in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, DSP/Programmatic ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, 6sense or similar ABM platform, Google Analytics 4, Marketing Automation platforms, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy across multiple Upland business units and product lines.
• Build integrated paid media plans aligned to demand generation, ABM, and pipeline objectives.
• Manage and develop a Digital Marketing Manager, provide strategic direction and prioritization across campaigns.
• Partner with Marketing leadership to align channel investments with growth goals.
• Recommend budget allocation across channels based on performance and priorities.
• Develop cross‑channel media strategies with measurable ROIs.
• Establish global media planning frameworks and best practices.
• Align media investment with business goals and stay ahead with a test‑and‑learn agenda.
