Job summary

Stella Rising, a leading marketing and media agency in New York, seeks a Senior Manager, Media Strategy & Activation to oversee campaign planning, activation, and optimization. You will connect strategic goals to tactical channel recommendations, guiding junior staff and coordinating across teams.

You will lead cross-channel media tactics, leverage research tools, and present plans to clients while fostering strong relationships and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Proven cross-channel media tactics experience across planning and execution.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency with major research tools (MRI, Comscore, Pathmatics, eMarketer).
• Strong media analytics background and campaign optimization know-how.
• Solid understanding of digital ad operations and reporting platforms.
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of media plan preparation and strategic execution.
• Translate research and data-driven insights into strategic plans.
• Present tactical media plans to clients and field questions confidently.
• Guide channel leads in campaign management and address performance concerns.
• Oversee budget, pacing, and accuracy of client flowcharts.
• Manage third-party campaign performance and approve optimizations.
• Foster strong client relationships and mentor junior staff.
