Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• 5-7+ years experience in the media industry.
• Experience in digital marketing / media and current knowledge of trends and innovations in digital media.
• Strong background in performance and commerce/retail media required.
• Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Confident and effective at building trusted strategic relationships with partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic media planning and execution; mentor junior staff.
• Develop campaigns with high ROI through strategic recommendations.
• Present plans to clients and internal teams; communicate strategy and tactics.
• Define, manage, and optimize success metrics across digital media.
• Ensure clear strategies, targeted media mix, and measurement.
• Manage media IOs and POs to ensure timely payment.
