Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing strategic media recommendations and stewarding media account projects.
• Experience utilizing multiple media channels.
• Thorough understanding of advanced analytics and performance media.
• Familiarity with marketing principles, analytics, and concepts.
• Prior experience in a client contact and leadership role.
• Strong mentorship experience in developing media professionals and managing a small team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to confidently present and sell ideas internally and to clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and media research/reporting resources.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team in translating client goals into strategic media solutions and ensure consistency across plan elements.
• Supervise implementation and development of media briefs and recommendations.
• Own final reporting and analysis of campaigns with data accuracy for clients.
• Manage progress of reporting deliverables and apply optimizations to future campaigns.
• Understand attribution models and their benefits to clients.
• Lead research initiatives and identify tools/resources for consumer insights and planning.
• Anticipate client requests and troubleshoot with internal teams to provide solutions.
• Lead performance calls and status meetings with clients.
• Collaborate with activation teams to deliver plan deliverables, and work with associates to meet holistic client needs.
• Oversee junior team engagement and ensure an integrated approach across channels and teams.
• Promote the work of the team and guide professional development.
