Job summary

Nexstar Media Group, Inc. seeks a Sales Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Sales department, driving revenue across Broadcast and Digital Platforms. You will oversee the broadcast and digital sales teams, develop strategies, and guide hiring, evaluation, and development of sales professionals.

The role requires 3–5 years in media sales, strong English communication, and proficiency with sales tools. A valid driver’s license and leadership experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3–5 years of media sales experience.
• Fluency in English and excellent written and oral communication.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience guiding and motivating personnel and setting performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Sales department and drive revenue goals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies across broadcast and digital platforms.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate sales staff; manage performance.
• Forecast revenue, manage accounts receivable, and budgets.
• Cultivate client relationships alongside Account Executives.
