Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience at a digital media agency.
• Experience with digital media and AI/automation.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong interest in AI / Automation and change management.
• Self-motivated, well organized, able to manage multiple publisher conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of AI-driven workflows and automation tools.
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations and regional delivery to keep teams on track.
• Identify flaws in automated outputs and propose creative technical solutions.
• Serve as the center of influence for the PA and understand MFG disciplines.
• Support campaign briefing and media plan development by ensuring operational necessities.
• Monitor and track out-of-scope tasks to ensure transparency.
• Build a campaign timeline with media planning and track milestones.
• Collaborate on PA onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain real-time accuracy in project trackers and One-Docs.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve ways of working.
• Be the lead resource for internal finance in campaign E2E processes.
