Job summary

You will shape the product vision for WPP Media Solutions, partnering with Global and regional teams to translate business priorities into a forward-looking, AI-driven roadmap.

The role demands a dual-horizon mindset to sustain existing products while pioneering agentic ML capabilities at scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in AdTech Product Management.
• Deep understanding of programmatic ad management and agentic ad management standards.
• Advanced knowledge in agentic technology and machine learning concepts (especially in Ad).

Responsibilities

• Translate Global Strategy to Product Vision, aligning local and global priorities into a unified product plan.
• Formulate and execute an AI-driven product strategy with predictive intelligence, automation, and ML.
• Own the product roadmap, balance current commercial needs with future capabilities, and collaborate across regions and functions.
