Job summary

WPP Media is seeking a Manager in Campaign Operations to act as the heartbeat of our AI-driven media delivery model for the PA team. You will oversee day-to-day workflows, ensure flawless campaign setup, and keep financials up to date while exceeding client expectations.

You will balance speed with human precision, coordinate across MFG disciplines, and drive improvements in processes. A strong communicator with a passion for AI is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience at a digital media agency.
• Relevant experience in digital media and how digital innovation drives change.
• Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration; but also capable of working independently when needed.
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong interest in AI / Automation and ability to drive implementation and change management.
• A self-motivated individual who is well organized and can manage multiple publisher conversations at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of AI-driven workflows and automation tools like WPP Open and Wrike.
• Masterfully manage day-to-day campaign operations, workflow coordination, and regional project delivery.
• Identify flaws in automated outputs and propose creative technical solutions to optimize performance.
• Serve as the center of influence for the PA, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
• Assist in campaign briefing and media plan development by ensuring operational necessities are delivered.
• Monitor out-of-scope tasks and maintain operational transparency.
• Build a campaign timeline with delivery milestones and communicate delays when needed.
• Collaborate with discipline leads to ensure onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain real-time accuracy in project trackers and One-Docs.
• Identify automation opportunities and support efficiency tracking.
• Be the lead resource for internal finance on campaign E2E processes.
