Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Account Engineer focused on media delivery to optimize and secure streaming workloads for top enterprise customers.

You will work with live events, cross-service integration, and collaboration with product and security teams to ensure reliable media delivery and scale. The role demands deep expertise in media workflows, strong communication, and a passion for helping customers succeed at scale within AWS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Knowledge of cloud-based architecture and cloud services is preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing enterprise roles and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact representing the needs of high-value media workflows for key enterprise accounts during live event delivery.
• Work across multiple AWS services including video origination and delivery services to drive well-architected solutions and ensure high customer experience.
• Interface with customer project managers and technical owners to understand key technical and operations requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define customer technical requirements and advocate for long-term operational success.
• Collaborate with CloudFront and Edge Security teams to drive key customer success initiatives.
• Oversee media delivery performance by monitoring both customer and service metrics.
• Identify, troubleshoot, mitigate and resolve complex video delivery performance problems.
• Own customer-facing and internal communication during production impacting incidents.
• Work independently with customer engineering and operations teams.
• Build training materials, runbooks, and operational plans for an expanding team.
