Job summary

Toolbox Brands is seeking a Senior Media Buyer & Creative Strategist in Utah to lead paid acquisition across our brand portfolio. You will manage and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more, with up to $1M in ad spend, while crafting compelling copy and testing strategies that drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and scaling substantial paid-media budgets across multiple platforms.
• Track record of profitable growth in e-commerce or direct-response campaigns.
• Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, landing pages, and unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Oversee advertising budgets up to $1 million with careful pacing and accountability.
• Develop acquisition strategies for multiple brands within the Toolbox Brands portfolio.
• Write direct-response ad copy, including hooks, headlines, scripts, offers, and CTAs.
• Create or direct static ads, short-form videos, UGC concepts, and other performance-focused creative.
• Build and manage a consistent creative-testing process.
• Analyze ROAS, MER, CAC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, AOV, LTV, and contribution margin.
• Use customer research and campaign data to identify new messaging, audiences, and creative angles.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, creators, and brand leaders; provide clear reporting and actionable recommendations.
