Brave Books LLC Conroe, Texas is seeking a Marketing Paid Media Buyer to own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok and other performance channels. You will drive profitable customer acquisition through disciplined testing, budgets, and optimization while collaborating with designers, copywriters, and analysts.

You’ll manage real budgets with accountability, stay agile, and push for aggressive optimization to improve CPA, ROAS, and CPC metrics in a fast-paced eCommerce

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta Ads.
• Experience with Google Ads, including YouTube.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of paid media across Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok.
• Launch, test, and scale campaigns across multiple ads accounts and funnels.
• Manage budgets, pacing, and spend efficiency to hit CPA, ROAS, and CPC targets.
• Build and iterate on account structures, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to develop high-performing creative.
• Analyze performance data and make rapid optimization decisions.
• Run structured creative, audience, and offer testing frameworks.
• Monitor attribution, conversion tracking, and platform signal health.
• Report on performance metrics and insights to marketing leadership.
• Identify opportunities to expand into new channels and placements.
• Stay current on platform updates, policy changes, and best practices.
• Support launches and seasonal campaigns with aggressive execution.
• Research competitors and draw inspiration from winning campaigns.
