Advantage HQ is seeking a Senior Media Buyer to own growth for a portfolio of e-commerce clients, shaping paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and more. You will partner with Analytics, Creative, and Growth teams to drive measurable outcomes while balancing short-term performance with scalable, long-term growth.

You will manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and lead testing initiatives, leveraging Meteoric AI to inform decisions.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth marketing, or a related field.
• Significant experience managing e-commerce clients is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and TikTok, with additional platform experience such as Snapchat or X being valuable.
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute paid media strategies that drive measurable business growth.
• Strong understanding of funnel performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition economics, and e-commerce metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Own the paid media strategy across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat).
• Determine budget allocation, campaign structure, audiences, and creative angles to prioritize for profitable growth.
• Balance short-term performance with the long-term goal of a scalable acquisition engine.
• Monitor performance with Media Analysts to identify trends and diagnose problems.
• Analyze the broader customer journey and identify opportunities across the funnel, including landing pages and checkout experience.
• Lead testing and experimentation with a structured roadmap and evaluate results by business impact.
• Collaborate with Creative to translate performance data into clear briefs and creative recommendations.
• Own client relationships and present performance insights to senior stakeholders.
