Advantage HQ is building the next generation of creator-led growth infrastructure for consumer brands. We’re seeking a Senior Media Buyer to own growth across a portfolio of e-commerce clients and translate data into profitable acquisition strategies.

You will lead paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and beyond, balancing short-term performance with scalable long-term growth while collaborating with Analytics, Creative, and Growth teams. Fully remote role with global opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
• Significant experience managing e-commerce clients.
• Hands-on with Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising.
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets.
• Ability to develop and execute paid media strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and others.
• Drive account performance with data-driven decisions and trend identification.
• Analyze the broader funnel and customer journey to improve ROAS.
• Lead structured testing across audiences, creative, offers, and messaging.
• Collaborate with Creative and Analytics teams to inform future strategy.
• Maintain strong client relationships and present insights to stakeholders.
