Qualifications

• Experience scaling ecommerce brands with paid media across Meta and TikTok.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize CPA, ROAS, and revenue.
• Ability to build testing roadmaps and guide creative strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients across Meta and TikTok.
• Build creative testing roadmaps and write briefs for editors.
• Manage ad budgets from large monthly spends per client.
• Diagnose the full funnel to identify creative, offer, or conversion issues.
• Communicate results, plans, and next steps with clients.
• Collaborate with UGC creators to source talent and scripts.
