Job summary

Valuetainment is seeking a Senior Media Buyer to turn advertising dollars into measurable growth. You will own paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and Reddit, from setup to optimization, focusing on CAC, CPL and ROAS.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing campaigns across paid social, SEM, and programmatic buys.
• Proven ability to optimize campaigns for CAC, CPL and ROAS.
• Experience with multi-channel media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and Reddit.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in DTC and B2B campaigns and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in buying media on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and Reddit from setup to optimization.
• Manage large daily budgets across platforms and adjust strategy based on performance.
• Develop cross-channel media strategies to drive ticket/product sales, engagement, and brand growth.
• Monitor campaigns with analytics tools (GA4) and oversee testing of new strategies to improve ROAS, CAC, CPL.
• Perform in-market and audience research; produce regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align ad creatives with brand goals.
