Job summary

Leidos in Arlington, VA seeks a senior, hands-on MECM Subject Matter Expert and Team Lead to direct enterprise MECM operations for DISA J-6/J-9. The role oversees imaging, OS deployment, packaging, software updates, and vulnerability remediation across Windows endpoints on multiple networks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 8–12 years of relevant experience.
U.S. Citizenship required with active TS clearance.
DoD 8570.01-M/DoD 8140 IAT Level II baseline certification desired.
On-site at government facilities in the National Capital Region (Pentagon, etc.).
Seven+ years hands-on MECM/SCCM administration at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

Lead the MECM team: work assignment, oversight, mentoring, QA, and escalation for MECM staff.
Serve as the authoritative technical contact for MECM operations and remediation execution.
Establish SOPs, deployment standards, testing, rollback plans, and change-control for MECM services.
Coordinate with DISA J-6/J-9 and other teams to resolve endpoint-management issues and drive remediation initiatives.
Brief leadership on status, progress, risks, and decisions at IPR.
