Job summary

Leidos in Arlington, VA seeks a senior hands-on Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) SME and team lead to manage enterprise MECM operations for Windows endpoints, imaging, OSD, and software deployment. You will mentor MECM admins, coordinate with Cyber Compliance and government stakeholders, and ensure STIG/IAVM compliance across networks.

Qualifications

8–12 years of experience with MECM/SCCM in large enterprises; DoD experience preferred.
U.S. citizenship and active DoD/IAT baseline certifications required.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder-communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead MECM team: work assignment, oversight, mentoring, QA, and escalation.
Serve as technical point of contact for MECM operations and remediation.
Define SOPs, deployment standards, testing, rollback, and change controls.
Coordinate with DISA/J-6/J-9, Cyber Compliance, and IT teams to meet deadlines.
Owner of vulnerability remediation and patch-management activities using MECM.
Design and maintain OSD, imaging, and deployment content; ensure PKI and AD alignment.
Develop automation and reporting to track compliance and performance.
