Job summary

Maania Consultancy Services LLC in Quantico, VA is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with TS/SCI eligibility to lead enterprise Windows infrastructure initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years in systems or infrastructure engineering, MECM/SCCM and Intune, Windows Server, AD, GPO, virtualization, VDI, and PowerShell. Candidates should have DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level III cert and RMF/eMASS experience, plus change management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience; Master’s with 8 years allowed as substitution.
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility required to start.
• Within investigation scope and/or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation / Continuous Vetting.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level III baseline certification required (e.g., CASP+ CE, CISSP, CCNP Security, GCED, or GCIH).
• 10+ years in systems/infrastructure engineering for enterprise Windows environments, including lead-engineer duties.
• Expert MECM/SCCM and/or Intune, Windows Server, AD, GPO, virtualization, VDI, and PowerShell automation.
• Experience designing lab/pre-production/digital twin environments and test-before-deploy practices.
• Experience leading POC evaluations, market research, and cost-benefit/ROM for govt or enterprise decisions.
• Extensive experience with DISA STIGs, ACAS/Nessus, RMF control implementation, POA&Ms, and eMASS.
• Experience leading engineering teams, establishing standards, and managing Change Management.
• Excellent technical writing, briefing, and stakeholder communication; on-call readiness.
