Leidos in Arlington, VA, seeks a hands-on MECM Subject Matter Expert and Team Lead to support DISA J-6/J-9 operations in the National Capital Region. You will lead a team of MECM administrators responsible for enterprise endpoint management, vulnerability remediation, patching, OS imaging, and software deployments across classified and unclassified networks.

The role requires Top Secret clearance, DoD STIG expertise, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent in CS/IT/Cybersecurity/Engineering.
• 7+ years MECM/SCCM SME experience with advanced admin and patching.
• Experience leading teams of IT professionals.
• Hands-on DoD STIG mitigations and RMF familiarity.
• US citizenship with Top Secret clearance; access to NIPR/SIPR.
• IAT Level II certs (Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC) or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership for MECM administrators and standards.
• Oversee vulnerability remediation, patching, and deployment.
• Coordinate cybersecurity compliance and RMF activities.
• Develop Windows image solutions, task sequences, and deployments.
• Manage MECM infrastructure: site servers, WSUS, SQL, AD, GPO.
• Automate deployments and reporting with PowerShell and SQL-based tools.
• Lead troubleshooting and coordination with DISA and stakeholders.
