Job summary

G3 Innovative Solutions seeks an Endpoint Engineering Lead to direct the Enterprise Endpoint Infrastructure Management team for a Department of War agency, overseeing thousands of endpoints across Pre-Production, NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS enclaves.

You will own technical strategy for MECM/SCCM, imaging, patch, STIG compliance, and digital twin validation before production, serving as Tier III/IV authority.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with Top Secret clearance eligibility.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility to start.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise Windows infrastructure.
• Lead-engineer experience for 10,000+ device scale environments.
• Expert knowledge of MECM/SCCM, Intune, and Group Policy.
• Experience with DISA STIGs, RMF, and eMASS.

Responsibilities

• Lead MECM/SCCM engineers and desktop packaging teams.
• Own endpoint engineering roadmap and compliance.
• Develop Digital Twin evaluation and implementation plan.
• Ensure patch, image, and STIG compliance and metrics.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, RMF, and ITSM integrations.
• Provide Tier III/IV escalation authority for incidents.
