Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of critical building systems at a client's facility.

You will lead shift operations, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, and ensure equipment reliability. You will provide technical direction and mentorship to technicians, partner with Automation support teams, and uphold safety, quality, and operational standards in a highly automated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems.
• Ability to lead shift operations and provide technical direction.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
• Experience developing maintenance plans and training for technicians.
• Proficient in using CMMS to manage work orders.
• Commitment to safety and quality in a highly automated environment.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and solve relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors.
• Lead and mentor work plans for emergency repairs and training.
• Build and close out work orders in CMMS.
• Cultivate relationships with the Client and Operations Maintenance team.
• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
