Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of critical building systems within a client's facility for one of the world’s largest online retailers.

The role includes leading shift operations, troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, and ensuring equipment reliability and uptime. You will provide technical direction and mentorship to technicians, partner with Automation support teams, and help maintain safety,

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and solve relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, etc.
• Lead and mentor work plan for emergency repair of critical assets and training plans for Maintenance Technicians.
• Build and close out work orders in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
