C&W Services in North Pekin, IL, is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions for tough problems, manage projects, train and mentor junior technicians, and uphold a safety-first culture in a modern facility.

This role requires 4+ years with material handling equipment and PLCs, strong blueprint reading, CMMS experience, and the ability to work flexible

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years' experience with material handling equipment and conveyors.
• 4+ years' experience with preventative maintenance.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years PLC programming experience.
• Experience leading a team and mentoring technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead service technicians in installation and repair of automated packaging equipment.
• Design solutions for difficult problems and manage projects.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and contract technicians.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and control components.
• Create and close work orders with labor hours and parts data.
• Audit preventative maintenance procedures.
