Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield's Cushman & Wakefield Services division seeks a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician in Salina, KS. You will lead service technicians, design solutions for complex problems, and manage projects within automated packaging and distribution equipment.

The role emphasizes mentoring, safety, and hands-on maintenance of conveyors, sensors, and control systems, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic facility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years with material handling equipment (MHE) like automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years PLC programming experience.
• Experience leading and mentoring technicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems in the building.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts data.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Maintain a positive working relationship across the Operations facility.
